Who we are
Tobrey Pharmacy (“we”), 18 High Street, Messingham, Scunthorpe, DN17 3RS, is the controller for personal information processed as part of providing pharmacy services. You can contact us on +44 1724 761771 during opening hours.
Our website
This website does not use cookies for tracking, does not include advertising or analytics scripts, and does not collect personal information through forms. We link to our booking system and to Google Maps; when you follow those links, the relevant provider’s own privacy policy applies.
Booking an appointment
Appointments are managed through calandly, our booking provider. When you book, Calendly processes your name, contact details and any information you choose to provide, on our behalf, so that we can manage your appointment. Calendly’s privacy policy is available at calendly/privacy.
Pharmacy services
When we provide NHS or private pharmacy services, we keep records about you, your medicines and the care we provide. This information is used only for your care and for the legal and contractual requirements placed on us as a pharmacy, and is kept securely.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal information, including the right to access it, to have it corrected, and in some cases to have it deleted or restricted. To exercise these rights, or if you have a concern about how we handle your information, please contact the pharmacy. If you remain unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
